At Majesty Lane, we’re dedicated to delivering your premium apparel and accessories with care, clarity, and efficiency. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days, though this may extend slightly during peak seasons (e.g., holidays or major sales). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order enters production and another once it ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order is processed, it ships from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery windows:
• Australia: 2–5 business days
• United States: 3–6 business days
• International: 5–21 business days
Shipping estimates begin after production and exclude weekends, holidays, and delays due to weather, carriers, or customs. While we strive to meet these timelines, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and selected method. You’ll see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on product pages or during checkout. If your item is defective or incorrect, replacement shipping is covered at no cost to you per our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also access tracking through your Majesty Lane account.
If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at support@majestylane.com with your order number. Note: Some international shipments may have limited tracking visibility.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from fulfillment centers in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, depending on your location.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by local authorities. These are not included in the shipping cost.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window:
• Australia / United States: Wait 10 business days before reporting
• United Kingdom / Europe / International: Wait 30 business days before reporting
If your package is still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking info. We’ll investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@majestylane.com. Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll review your request within 2–4 business days and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate—at no cost to you.
Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or sizing:
• Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to correct an address after ordering, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update it before shipping, but changes aren’t guaranteed once production begins.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or backordered, this will be noted on the product page or via email. These orders may take longer to ship, and we’ll notify you of any delays.
